1000 N. Madison Ave., Dollar General: Reported at 2:48 p.m. Monday that a theft had occurred.

1117 E. Main St., Red Carpet Inn: Reported at 10:59 a.m. Monday a theft from a shed had occurred.

1251 U.S. 31 N., Barnes and Noble: Reported at 9:04 a.m. Monday that a theft had occurred.

5:53 p.m. Monday – S. County Road 400 W. and W. County Road 700 S., Trafalgar. Rachel Raley, 29, Nineveh. Raley reported having pain and injury to her shoulder/upper arm.

Ryan Andrew Kemmer, 30, Fishers; arrested on charges of possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/saliva and possession of controlled substance-schedule V; held on $2,000 bond.
