Carolyn Sue (Ball) Moore, 87 of Franklin, IN passed away Wednesday February 15, 2023.
She was born November 17, 1935, in Russellville, IN to Raymond and Rose Ball. She married Ralph Moore in 1953, he preceded her in death on May 1, 1979.
She had worked at Bendix Corporation and Microwave Devises in Franklin, IN. She later had been a bartender at the Grill Bar, the Willard and Franklin American Legion Post 205.
Carolyn was a life member of the Franklin Elks Lodge 1818 and the Franklin American Legion Post 205 Ladies Auxiliary.
Survivors include her sons Terry D. Moore of Franklin, IN and Daniel J. Moore of Franklin, IN, a sister Marlene Kay Evans of Roachdale, IN, ten grandchildren, and thirteen great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a daughter Judith E. “Judy” Butcher on February 5, 1995, and brothers Jerry Ball, Orville Ball and Harley Ball.
Pastor Joe Pfenning will conduct a service on Tuesday February 21, 2023, at 12 Noon at Swartz Family Community Mortuary and Memorial Center 300 South U.S. 31 (Morton Street) in Franklin, IN and will be live-streamed at www.swartzmortuary.com. Friends may call Tuesday February 21, 2023, from 10AM until service time at the mortuary. Burial will be at Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin, IN.
