1117 E. Main St., Red Carpet Inn: Reported at 11:07 a.m. Saturday that a burglary to an abandoned hotel had occurred.

1251 U.S. 31: Reported at 4:38 p.m. Monday that a fraud had occurred.

1600 block of Library Blvd.: Reported at 4:22 p.m. Monday that a fraud had occurred.

Thefts

150 Marlin Drive, Meijer: Reported at 10:49 p.m. Monday that two women were arrested for shoplifting.

1133 N. Emerson Ave., Walmart: Reported at 5:57 p.m. Monday that shoplifting had occurred.

1251 U.S. 31, Von Maur: Reported at 1:23 p.m. Monday that a man was arrested for unauthorized entry of vehicles and several other charges.

1251 U.S. 31, JC Penney: Reported at 11:58 a.m. Monday that a shoplifting had occurred.

295 S. State Road 135, Papa Johns: Reported at 5:52 p.m. Saturday that a theft had occurred.

1133 N. Emerson Ave., Walmart: Reported at 2:39 p.m. Saturday that someone was caught shoplifting.

300 block of Commerce Parkway W. Drive: Reported at 5:43 a.m. Saturday the theft of tools and a speaker from a vehicle had occurred.

150 Marlin Drive, Meijer: Reported at 5:59 p.m. Friday that a theft had occurred.

862 S. State Road 135, Studio U Yoga: Reported at 5:19 a.m. Friday the theft of a purse from a vehicle had occurred.

Criminal Mischief

200 block of N. Bluff Road, Greenwood: A man reported at 4:39 p.m. Monday that he noticed cracks in his passenger side vehicle window and that it appeared whoever did this also tried to make entry into the vehicle by prying on the door trim.

4000 block of W. Stones Crossing Road, Greenwood: A man reported at 2:44 a.m. Tuesday that his vehicle’s window has been busted out of his vehicle.

3000 block of County Road 700 S., Trafalgar: A man reported at 5:40 p.m. Friday that he noticed some damage done to his lawn near his driveway entrance.

Criminal Recklessness

2000 block of Bloomsbury N., Greenwood: A man reported at 10:37 p.m. Saturday that a white vehicle was throwing fireworks at his residence.

Personal-injury accident

7:35 a.m. Monday – State Road 44 and N. County Road 700 E., Franklin. Erin Comstock, 32, Indianapolis. Comstock reported having pain and injury to her elbow/lower arm.

Theft

1300 block of Berry Road, Greenwood: A man reported at 12:45 p.m. Friday that sometime overnight that 22 baby chicks had been removed from his backyard.

Jason Kolt Allen Andrews, 26, Whiteland; arrested on charges of residential entry (burglary/breaking and entering), strangulation, domestic battery, false identity statement and interfering in the reporting of a crime; held on $5,600 bond.

Bryan Barnes, 34, Franklin; arrested on charges of domestic battery knowing in the presence of a child and criminal mischief; released on $2,200 bond.

Jonathan Davis, 35, Indianapolis; arrested on an out of county warrant; held without bond.

Johnny Demetris Gamill Jr., 33, Indianapolis; arrested on charges of driving while suspended with prior suspension, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/salvia, possession of paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine; released on $5,300 bond.

Anthony Hughley, 38, Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; released on $300 bond.

Robert L. Payton, 51, Greenwood; arrested on a charge of domestic battery knowing in the presence of a child; held without bond.

Bruce O. Peart, 40, Indianapolis; arrested on charges of intimidation, criminal conversion and wanted on an out of county warrant; held without bond.

Amanda M. Smith, 41, Richmond; arrested on a charge of possession of stolen property; held on $1,200 bond.

Andrew David Southerland, 30, Greenwood; arrested on charges of probation violation, possession of methamphetamine and driving while suspended with prior suspension; held without bond.

Timothy Joe St. John, 19, Hamilton, Ohio; arrested on charges of possession of paraphernalia and false identity statement; held on $2,000 bond.

Dayton Preston Lee Swain, 22, Franklin; arrested on charges of theft-shoplifting, resisting law enforcement, unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle and wanted on out of county warrants; held without bond.

Michael J. Waldo, 36, Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; released on $500 bond.
