Employees at KFC are eligible for paid college tuition

KFC restaurant employees at the Greenwood and Franklin locations who apply and enroll will have the opportunity to receive 100 percent tuition coverage when attending Western Governors University to earn their degree.

Through this partnership, KFC restaurant employees can choose from more than 60 different bachelor’s and master’s degree programs and certification programs across Business, Information Technology, Education and Healthcare.

This announcement is a new partnership between the fully online university and KFC Foundation, which aims to break down barriers for entry for prospective students who are wanting to skill-up and earn their degree.

Indiana American Water names Director of Engineering

Matthew Hobbs has been named Director of Engineering. Hobbs is replacing Stacy Hoffman who is retiring after 29 years of service with American Water.

Hobbs most recently served as engineering and program manager and client service leader in the Water Services Group. Prior to that, he was a water and wastewater project engineer with the Indiana Department of Natural Resources.
