Fraud
1800 block of Turning Leaf Drive: A woman reported at 2:29 p.m. Tuesday that her personal information had been attempted to be used by Citibank Texas and her drivers license number was used for an application.

7:30 a.m. Tuesday – Graham Road. Quinton Schackel Byrley, 18, Franklin. Schackel Byrley reported having minor bleeding with injury to his head.
7 a.m. Tuesday – N. Morton St. and Commerce Drive. Kurt Jones, 36, Greenwood. Jones reported having pain and injury to his head.

899 E. Main St., Village Pantry: Reported at 12:53 a.m. Wednesday that a man was arrested for identity deception and several other charges.
2400 block of Ashton Lane: Reported at 3:32 p.m. Tuesday that an identity theft had occurred.

Thefts
1133 N. Emerson Ave., Walmart: Reported at 5:58 p.m. Tuesday that two people were issued a summons for theft.
800 block of Winding Brook Lane: Reported at 3:12 p.m. Tuesday the theft of a license plate had occurred.
1251 U.S. 31 N., Barnes and Noble: A manager reported at 1:45 p.m. Tuesday that several instances of vinyl record thefts had occurred and surveillance video showed a man stealing over $500 bin records from the store.
