Narcotics

1100 block of Hospital Road: Officers responded to a narcotics call at 12:06 p.m. Tuesday. They searched a house and found marijuana, pills, paraphernalia and synthetic urine. Rex Izak Murphy was arrested and booked into the Johnson County jail.

Theft

2121 N. Morton St., Murphy Oil USA: Reported at 6:39 p.m. Tuesday that a man and a woman pumped gas and left without paying.

Greenwood

Criminal Mischief

1900 block of Fountain Circle: Reported at 7:04 a.m. Tuesday that criminal mischief occurred.

400 block of Northgate Drive: Reported at 1:39 p.m. Tuesday that criminal mischief occurred.

Thefts

800 block of Kings Mill Road: Reported at 8:01 a.m. Tuesday that a theft had occurred.

300 block of Elmead Court: Reported at 8:06 a.m. Tuesday that a theft occurred.

Shoplifting

1251 N. U.S. 31, JC Penney: Reported at 5:15 p.m. Tuesday that two people took children’s clothes from the store.

895 State Road 135, Target: Reported at 5:46 p.m. Tuesday a shoplifting had occurred.

1133 N Emerson Ave., Walmart: Reported at 9:18 p.m. Tuesday a man tried to leave the store concealing items in an empty fish tank.

Narcotics

North Interstate 69 and Smith Valley Road: A deputy at 10:03 a.m. Tuesday conducted a traffic stop for am expired registration. Upon searching the vehicle, the deputy found marijuana. The driver was issued a summons for possession of marijuana and driving without a license.

Jerrell Devante Dennis, 27, Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for probation violation; held without bond.

Marco Antonio Reyes Garcia, 29, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of operating without a license and an out of county warrant; held without bond.

Cordell George III, 34, Mooresville; arrested on a charge of failure to appear in court; held on $3,300 bond.
