Hit and Run

1600 block of Francis St.: Reported at 9:22 p.m. Tuesday that a black vehicle ran through several mailboxes in the area and fled the scene of the accident but was later arrested for leaving the scene of an accident.

Burglary

1000 block of Canterbury Drive: Reported at 5:20 p.m. Tuesday that a burglary had occurred.

Criminal Mischief

275 W. Worthsville Road, Summerfield Park: Reported at 8:33 p.m. Tuesday that property damage had occurred.

Hit and Run

709 U.S. 31 N., Goodwill: Reported at 7:42 p.m. Tuesday that a hit and run had occurred.

120 W. Smith Valley Road: A man reported at 3:56 p.m. Tuesday that his vehicle was parked in a parking spot for approximately four hours and when he arrived back be observed damage to his vehicle.

Personal-injury accidents

5:23 p.m. Monday – U.S. 31 and Orchard Lane. John Drake, 18, Greenwood. Drake reported having an abrasion with injury to his elbow/lower arm. Julie Berkhouse, 53, Franklin. Berkhouse reported having pain and injury to her shoulder/upper arm. Amanda Booher, 27, Indianapolis. Booher reported having pain and injury to her neck.

10:51 a.m. Monday – W. County Line Road and Janet Drive. Torah Baker, 29, Indianapolis. Baker reported having an abrasion with injury to her face. Shannon Mullis, 40, Indianapolis. Mullis reported having pain and injury to her entire body.

Thefts

10 E. Smith Valley Road, Craig Park: Reported at 6:42 p.m. Tuesday a theft from a vehicle had occurred.

900 block of Timber Creek Lane: Reported at 9:10 p.m. Tuesday that a theft had occurred.

800 block of Blue Ash Trail: Reported at 9:08 a.m. Tuesday that a theft had occurred.

Narcotics

N. Combs Road and E. County Line Road, Greenwood: An officer reported at 6:10 a.m. Wednesday that he observed a vehicle driving with no headlights or tail lights on and during the traffic stop he detected the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle and the driver had a package containing marijuana and was issued summonses for possession of marijuana, driving while suspended and a ticket for failure to use headlights when required.

205 S. State Road 135, Advance Auto Parts, parking lot, Greenwood: An officer reported at 4:02 a.m. Wednesday that during a traffic stop he could smell the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle and after a search of the vehicle a woman was issued a summons for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

Kendra L. Green, 28, Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; released on $300 bond.

Justin Lee Johnson, 34, Anderson; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; released on $500 bond.

Parminder Singh, 51, Greenwood; arrested on charges of criminal recklessness and domestic battery; released on $4,400 bond.

Timothy W. Hicks, 57, Franklin; arrested on a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage crash; held on $1,000 bond.

Eric C. Knoerzer, 34, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of domestic battery knowing in the presence of a child; held on $1,200 bond.

James Matthew Ogles, 29, Trafalgar; arrested on charges of public intoxication by alcohol/drugs, disorderly conduct, battery against public safety official engaged in official duty, interfering with public safety and intimidation; held on $7, 800 bond.

Tevin Shakell Quintez Bean, 30, Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; held without bond.

The following people were recently arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated and booked into the Johnson County jail:

Blake W. McGlothlin, 24, Indianapolis; held on $2,400 bond.

Brian Arriaga, 23, Indianapolis; released on $1,000 bond.
