700 block of Green Meadow Drive: A man reported at 5:41 p.m. Wednesday that several items had been taken from his son’s room from an unsecured door.

Hit and Run

2200 Independence Drive, Kroger: Reported at 9:45 p.m. Wednesday that a hit and run had occurred.

Narcotics

1133 N. Emerson Ave., Walmart: Reported at 1:43 p.m. Wednesday that three people were arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia.

Thefts

2800 block of Cherry St.: Reported at 7:45 a.m. Thursday that a theft had occurred.

1251 U.S. 31 N., Von Maur: Reported at 6:27 p.m. Wednesday that a juvenile was arrested and released to parents for shoplifting.

1251 U.S. 31 N., JC Penney: Reported at 3:05 p.m. Wednesday that three people were issued summonses for theft.

1251 U.S. 31 N., JC Penney: Reported at 2:45 p.m. Wednesday that a theft had occurred.

1000 block of Ray Crowe Way: A contractor employee reported at 11:22 a.m. Wednesday that $4,700 in equipment was stolen from their construction trailer.

Narcotics

S. Mauxferry Road and E. County Road 550 S., Franklin: An officer reported at 3:37 p.m. Wednesday that during a traffic stop he observed two smoking pipes consistent with the use of marijuana and the driver was issued summonses for possession of paraphernalia and driving while suspended.

Residential Entry

4800 block of Altair Court, Greenwood: Reported at 12:27 a.m. Thursday that a residential entry had occurred.

Felipe Juan Miguel, 22, Seymour; arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license; held on $2,000 bond.

Whittney Jo Stapleton, 32, Edinburgh; arrested on charges of possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/saliva, possession of methamphetamine and wanted on an out of county warrant; held without bond.

Scott A. Binford, 49, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of possession of methamphetamine; held on $3,300 bond.

Chrisona Denea Bright, 26, Fort Wayne; arrested on charges of dealing controlled substance-schedule I, II or III substance and possession of paraphernalia; held on $17,000 bond.

Jorden Seymone Martin, 22, Fort Wayne; arrested on charges of dealing controlled substance-schedule I, II or III substance and possession of paraphernalia; held on $17,000 bond.

Deonte Young, 26, Fort Wayne; arrested on charges of dealing controlled substance-schedule IV substance, obstruction of justice, possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon, refusal to identify self while stopped for infraction/ordinance, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/salvia, invasion of privacy and wanted on an out of county warrant; held without bond.

Thomas Donald Clemens, 45, Franklin; arrested on charges of invasion of privacy and bond forfeiture; held without bond.
