GREENWOOD
Larry James Hobson, 71, a graduate of Greenwood High School, died peacefully at home surrounded by love on September 1 after a long battle with pulmonary fibrosis.
Larry’s greatest joys in life came from his wife, Kimberly, his children – Keith Lynn, Heather Woock (Robert), and Derek Hobson – and his five grandchildren – Bryce Lynn, Isabel Lynn, Elijah Roberts, Oliver Woock, and Rosalie Woock. Larry is preceded in death by his son, Derek, and many loved ones. He will be sadly missed by his siblings – Betty King (Robert), Joyce Ann Sexton, Linda Goddard (Edward), and William Hobson (Shawna).
Friends and loved ones are invited to join Larry’s family as they celebrate his life at Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Services in Greenwood on Friday, September 8. The calling will be held from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m., with the funeral to begin at 1 p.m.
