2125 N. Morton St., Walmart: Reported at 12:24 p.m. Tuesday that a juvenile was involved in shoplifting.
1600 block of Francis St.: A man reported at 9:05 a.m. Tuesday that a woman took his vehicle and had not returned it.
2600 Cumberland Drive: A woman reported at 7:50 a.m. Tuesday that her son’s phone was missing after she dropped him off at school and it was found badly damaged in a area they had not been to.
