1400 block of Franklin Place Court: A maintenance employee reported at 10:47 a.m. Wednesday that three men who were not residents were parked in front of a building and one of the men had messed with his vehicle ignition.
Hit and Run
2219 N. Morton St., Lowe’s: A woman reported at 12:11 p.m. Wednesday that she believes her vehicle was struck while she was inside the store.
Narcotics
700 block of E. Jefferson St.: Someone reported at 2:37 p.m. Wednesday that two females in a white vehicle were smoking marijuana behind the residence.
Personal-injury accident
2:25 p.m. Wednesday – North Shore Blvd. Kay Byerly, 60, Franklin. Byerly reported being unconscious with injury to her face.

895 S. State Road 135, Target: Reported at 1:24 p.m. Wednesday that a woman was issued a summons for theft.
1133 N. Emerson Ave., Walmart: Reported at 10:37 a.m. Wednesday that shoplifting had occurred.
1026 U.S. 31 S., Smokers Host Discount Tobacco: Reported at 9:07 a.m. Wednesday that a theft had occurred.
