Leadership Johnson County hosting workshop on building customer loyalty

Leadership Johnson County will be hosting an October workshop on “Creating the Customer Experience and Enhancing Customer Loyalty.”

The event will be held Oct. 26 from 9 a.m. to 12 noon at the Johnson County Armory, 325 Minuteman Way.

Participants will learn from top organizations on establishing a vision and service culture that focuses on the “why” for both their employees and customers. Participants will identify their own touchpoints that can have a major impact on customers and be able to identify key words and key times to create an overall service excellence experience.

Registration is required. The cost is $59 per person for Leadership Johnson County Signature Program graduates, Franklin College alumni, Franklin and Indy Chamber of Commerce members, and Aspire members. The general public can attend for $69 per person. Group discounts are available.
