2:24 p.m. Saturday – U.S. 31 S. and Timberline Drive. Chad Kennedy, 56, Nineveh. Kennedy reported having pain and injury to his neck. Donna Zenthoefer, 53, Noblesville. Zenthoefer reported having pain and injury to her neck.
1:33 p.m. Saturday – Madison Ave. and Euclid Ave. Nicole Orwig, 31, Indianapolis. Orwig reported having pain and injury to her neck.
10:12 a.m. Saturday – W. Smith Valley Road and Yorktown Road. Mary Schaaf, 84, Mooresville. Schaaf reported having pain and injury to her chest.
9:16 a.m. Saturday – S. Madison Ave. and W. Smith Valley Road. Mary Stockton, 69, Indianapolis. Stockton reported having pain and injury to his entire body.
4:55 p.m. Friday- E. Smith Valley Road and S. Meridian St. Matthew Davis, 33, Indianapolis. Davis reported having an injury to his entire body.
12:05 p.m. Friday – State Road 135 and Michelle Lane. Jane Stacey, 64, Martinsville. Stacey reported having pain and injury to her chest.

Thefts
1350 U.S. 31 S., Speedway: Reported at 1:03 a.m. Tuesday that a person was issued a summons to appear in court for theft.
1133 N. Emerson Ave., Walmart: Reported at 8:43 p.m. Monday that a woman was caught shoplifting, issued a summons for criminal theft and released from the scene.

1261 E. County Road 775 S., Nineveh Christian Church, Nineveh: A man reported at 5:43 p.m. Monday that someone had spray painted graffiti on the back side of the dumpster.

Anton Lamont Thompson, 34, Greenwood; arrested on charges of neglect of dependant/child violations, possession of cocaine or narcotic drug and possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon; held on $28,800 bond.
Andrew D. Kitch, 34, Indianapolis; arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, interfering with public safety and inhaling toxic vapors; held on $3,000 bond.
Wesley Jordan Smith, 28, Franklin; arrested on a Johnson County warrant; released on $1,000 bond.
