Grizzly Cubs sweep Bull Frogs

Franklin dominated its dual meet at Columbus North on Tuesday, with the girls taking a 137-57 victory and the boys winning by a 116-71 margin. The Grizzly Cub girls swept all three relays and got individual first-place efforts from Reagan Graves (50 and 100 freestyle), Lili Ratzlaff (500 freestyle and 100 backstroke), Emma Small (200 free), Naomi Henry (200 IM), Chloe Vitatoe (100 butterfly), Hadley Royer (100 breaststroke) and Camy Quiggins (diving). The boys won the medley and 400 freestyle relays and got individual wins from Aleksandr Ries (200 IM, 100 breast), Gabe Holtz (100 freestyle), Franco Chirinos (500 free), Alijah Hall (100 back) and Austin Clark (diving).

Woodmen sweep Artesians

Greenwood took both ends of its meet at Martinsville, with the boys winning 81-48 and the girls claiming a 99-70 triumph. The Woodmen boys took the two freestyle relays and also got wins from Ethan Rose (200 IM), Lucas Young (100 butterfly), Jackson Simms (50 freestyle), Arya Gokhale (100 free) and Ben Wehnert (100 breaststroke). For the girls, who won all three relays, Ryann Marker (200 IM and 100 free), Maria Mears (100 fly) and Hailey Peckinpaugh (100 backstroke) were all individual winners.

Warriors sweep Golden Bears

Whiteland defeated Shelbyville on both sides of the Battle for the Turkey Leg, rolling on the girls side 114-61 while the boys took a 96-61 victory. The Warrior girls got individual wins from Kate Barnes (200 and 500 freestyle), Erynn Price (200 IM and 100 free), Mallory Fields (50 free), Hannah Hrankowsky (100 breaststroke) and Olivia Clark (diving) while also taking the medley and 400 free relays. On the boys side, Whiteland won both freestyle relays and added individual victories from Davis Dwyer (50 and 100 free), Chase Cooper (200 free), Colten Franklin (200 IM) and Mason Benefield (500 free).

Trojans defeat Royals

Four players scored in double figures as Class 4A No. 4 Center Grove picked up a 60-47 home win over Roncalli on Tuesday. Rachel Wirts led the Trojans (7-0) with 17 points, followed by Ava Grant with 15, Audrey Annee with 12 and Lilly Bischoff with 11. The Royals (4-2) got 17 points from Taylor Turk, 11 from Brennah Cerny and nine from Claire Lindsey.
