Leadership Johnson County hosting two workshops

The first workshop will be on Generational Differences on Nov. 28 with facilitator Amanda Stevenson-Holmes. The event will help participants to learn the science of generational differences, assess their own generational worldview, learn proven strategies to communicate and lead across generational divides.

The last workshop for the year will be Storytelling for Leaders: Inspiring and Influencing Others to Think and Act Differently on Dec. 5 with facilitator Brent Lollar.

In this workshop, participants will learn to: define their intended audience and identify their core needs; clarify their big idea-the point of their story; shape their story, utilizing the structure behind some of our greatest stories and deliver their story in an engaging, expressive way.

Both workshops will be held from 9 a.m. to noon at the Johnson County Armory, 325 Minuteman Way in Franklin.

Registration is required. Cost is $59 a person per workshop for Leadership Johnson County Signature Program graduates, Franklin College alumni, Franklin and Indy Chamber of Commerce members, and Aspire members. General public is $69 per person. Group discounts are available.
