Theft
2125 N. Morton St., Walmart: A man reported at 8:27 p.m. Wednesday that he had used a electric cart while shopping and when he got to his vehicle a woman offered to load his groceries into his trunk for him, he told her he could manage, but she insisted on helping him. After he got home he noticed his wallet was missing, it had been in one of the grocery bags and he believes the woman stole it.

S. Emerson Ave. and Paradise Court: Reported at 7:15 a.m. Thursday that a hit and run had occurred.
Narcotics
W. County Line Road and U.S. 31 N.: Reported at 10:43 p.m. Wednesday that a man was issued a summons to appear for possession of marijuana.
Thefts
1235 N. Emerson Ave., Murphy Oil: A employee reported at 7:09 a.m. Thursday that a man stole a carton of cigarettes, valued at $100.
1251 U.S. 31 N., Hollister: Reported at 3:54 p.m. Wednesday that a theft had occurred.
895 S. State Road 135, Target: Reported at 2:08 p.m. Wednesday that a theft had occurred.

Theft
4000 block of Almond Court, Greenwood: A woman reported at 10:16 a.m. Wednesday that she left her iPad at a residence of a man she knew and he would not cooperate in returning the iPad to her.

Roger Lee Stephens, 57, Indianapolis; arrested on charges of child solicitation and obscenity/pornography-providing obscene material to minors; released on $4,500 bond.
Za Mang, 29, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of child solicitation; held on $3,300 bond.
Mark Timothy Reyher, 46, Terre Haute; arrested on a charge of child solicitation; released on $6,600 bond.
Jose Anselmo Sanic Lopez, 25, Indianapolis; arrested on charges of child solicitation, public indecency-patronizing a prostitute and operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license; held on $8,600 bond.
Marcelo Ruiz Villegas, 27, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of child solicitation; held on $6,600 bond.
Brandon E. McClintic, 46, Bargersville; arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, obscenity/pornography-importation/distribution of obscene matter and possession of cocaine or narcotic drug; held on $4,400 bond.
