Franklin

Burglary

4000 block of Knollwood Ave.: A man reported at 12:49 p.m. Monday that his back door to his residence was wide open and the house appeared to have been gone through. After searching the residence he and his roommates found that several items were missing.

Criminal Mischief

Westview Drive and Canary Creek Drive: A woman reported at 8:49 a.m. Monday that several areas on the bridge had been spray painted with a racial slur and inappropriate images.

Fraud

2801 N. Morton St., police department: A woman reported at 6:46 p.m. Monday that she received a call from someone claiming she had an arrest warrant and to go to the sheriff’s department, but stay on the phone with them and to not to go inside, instead go to CVS and then she knew it was a fraudulent call and hung up.

Fraud

900 block of Briarwood Drive: Reported at 5:24 p.m. Monday that a fraud had occurred.

Narcotics

1100 block of N. Graham Road: Reported at 8:31 p.m. Monday that a woman and a juvenile were issued a summons to appear for possession of marijuana.

Thefts

550 Fry Road, Kohl’s: Reported at 2 p.m. Monday the theft of make-up had occurred.

1000 block of Feather Reed Lane: Reported at 10:58 a.m. Monday that a theft had occurred.

500 block of N. Timber Trail: Reported at 10:22 a.m. Monday the theft from a vehicle had occurred.

500 block of Winding Trail: Reported at 8:58 a.m. Monday that a theft had occurred.

Derrick Vincent McFerrin, 46, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of probation violation; released on $500 bond.

Terri E. Ringler, 45, Bargersville; arrested on a Johnson County warrant; held on $1,000 bond.

Albert W. Beller IV, 41, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of home detention violation; held without bond.

David Darryl Holzhausen, 53, Shelbyville; arrested on a Johnson County warrant; held without bond.

Mark Pajibo, 43, New Whiteland; arrested on an out of county warrant; held without bond.
