Upcoming Franklin Chamber news

The Franklin Chamber of Commerce is seeking nominations for community awards to be given during the 2024 Franklin Chamber Annual Meeting on Feb. 8. These awards recognize and honor businesses and individuals for making a difference in the community.

Awards include, business hall of fame, community impact and community service. Award nomination forms are available on the Chamber website franklincoc.org/news or by contacting the Chamber office and will be accepted until Dec. 31.

The Franklin Chamber of Commerce invites the public for a ribbon-cutting ceremony of the Kuji Alley art project, which includes an expansion of the Koi fish mural, a metal cherry blossom tree sculpture, a Japanese footbridge and hanging lanterns, and new seating. The Chamber will facilitate the ribbon-cutting ceremony at noon on Dec. 12. The alley is located near 49 E. Court St. in downtown Franklin.

Eyecare center opening raises money for foundation
