Johnson County residents who want an early look at how voting machines will work for this year’s elections can do so next month.
The Greenwood Public Library is holding a voting machine demonstration from 6 to 7 p.m. March 14. The library’s address is 310 S. Meridian St., Greenwood.
Staff from the Johnson County Clerk’s office will be on hand to demonstrate how the machine works and answer questions about voting in the upcoming election, according to GPL.
This event is open to the public, including non-GPL cardholders. People are asked to register in advance by going to events.getlocalhop.com/voting-machine-demo/event/LCG49eGgsF/.
