FRANKLIN
Robin W. Vehling, 72, of Franklin, passed away on February 29, 2023. He was born on April 25, 1951 in Indianapolis, IN to the late Robert and Mary (Lex) Vehling.
Robin served in the United States Marine Corps from 1969 – 1973. He worked for the Union as a Master Carpenter for 20 years. Robin loved hunting and fishing.
Robin is survived by his wife, Jane Vehling; siblings, Richard Vehling, Rebecca Hansen, Ramona Calendar, Roxanne Simmons, Randy Vehling, and Rachel McKinney.
He was preceded in death by brother, Robert Vehling.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 from 11:00 AM until the time of service at 1:00 PM at G. H. Herrmann Greenwood Funeral Home, 1605 South State Road 135 and Olive Branch Road, Greenwood, IN.
Robin will be laid to rest in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Greenwood, IN. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society.
