Brooke Tayler Greenwood, 22, passed away on Thursday morning, May 9, 2024. She was a resident of Indianapolis.

She was born November 5, 2001 in Oxford, OH to Sean Michael Greenwood and Heather Jenee Ittel. Survivors include her mother, Heather Jenee (Kasey) Dillman of Indianapolis; sister, Libby Greenwood of Indianapolis; brother, Luke (Riley) Greenwood of Indianapolis; step brothers Spencer (Mackenzee) Dillman of Japan and Michael Dillman of Indianapolis; nephews Clay Greenwood and James Dillman; grandparents, Sandra Dillman of Bloomington, Phyllis Ittel of College Corner, OH and Mike and Carolyn Greenwood of Sun City Center, FL; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Brooke was preceded in death by her father, Sean Michael Greenwood; grandfathers, John Ittel and Jim Dillman; and grandmother, Jeannine Greenwood.

She had a bachelor’s degree in Public Health from the University of Indianapolis, where she was a member of Eta Sigma Gamma.

She was a member of Village Bible Church.

Brooke had many loves that included spending time with friends and playing card games. She loved Disney movies (especially Lilo &Stitch), Christian music (especially the band Cain), scary movie nights, cows, macaroni and cheese and going to the beach.

Visitation hours will be from 2-6:30 PM, Thursday, May 16, at Southland Community Church, 5800 W. Smith Valley Road, Greenwood. Pastors Jason Davis, Brandon Awrey, and Brett Harper will officiate a funeral service to follow at 6:30 PM at the church.
