Coffeehouse Five to celebrate 10th year in business Friday

Coffeehouse Five is celebrating its 10th birthday Friday by offering customers limited-time treats that day.

It has been 10 years since the small local coffeehouse chain opened its first location in Greenwood at 323 Market Plaza. Customers are invited to visit Coffeehouse Five at any of their three locations — Greenwood, Franklin, or Bargersville — during regular business hours to celebrate the occasion, the owners announced.

A few special offerings that will be available throughout that day include:

  • A special birthday scone and birthday cold brew;
  • A surprise gift for customers who purchase $10 or more;
  • Vote on which Coffeehouse Five pastry from the past should return to the menu; and
  • 10% off retail bags of coffee in-store.

At the Greenwood location only, customers can test their Coffeehouse Five knowledge by participating in a trivia challenge with a chance to win a $25 Coffeehouse Five gift card.

Customers can also buy a special Middle Davids candle to celebrate the occasion. The Franklin candle company created a custom coffee candle that is poured into vintage Coffeehouse Five mugs. The candles are discounted to $10 on Friday only in Greenwood.

Opportunities to win giveaways from local businesses were provided in support of Coffeehouse Five’s Treatment Fund, helping connect community members to free mental health resources.
