Trojans, Grizzly Cubs finish top five
No. 7 Center Grove edged No. 5 Franklin via tiebreaker to finish fourth in a jam-packed field at Bloomington Country Club on Monday. The Trojans and Grizzly Cubs each finished with a team total of 337, finishing behind No. 1 Noblesville, second-ranked Westfield and No. 4 Floyd Central.
Magnolia Miller led Center Grove with a 79, followed by Maren Pfeifle (83), Amanda Wallace (84), Zoe Land (91) and London Dodson (94); Madisyn Bell carded a 89 competing as an individual. Lexi Ray fired a team-leading 76 for Franklin, while Addi Bright and Reese Phillips each shot 82 and Mel Flora finished at 97.
