Narcotics

E. County Line Road and Wheatcraft Way: Reported at 2:16 p.m. Thursday that a man was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

E. County Line Road and I-65: Reported at 5:46 p.m. Thursday that two men were issued a summons to appear for possession of marijuana.

1133 N. Emerson Ave., Walmart: Reported at 6:58 p.m. Thursday that as a result of a traffic stop a man was issued a summons for possession of paraphernalia.

Thefts

1291 N. Madison Ave., Speedway: Reported at 12:32 p.m. Thursday that a theft had occurred.

1251 U.S. 31 N., Greenwood Park Mall: Reported at 9:10 p.m. Monday the theft of a cell phone had occurred.

1000 block of Beacon Pointe Drive: Reported at 5:03 p.m. Thursday the theft of a package from a porch had occurred.

2000 block of Grand Fir Drive: A woman reported at 7:51 a.m. Friday that her vehicle was stolen from her driveway overnight.

Narcotics

1251 U.S. 31 N., Greenwood Park Mall, Greenwood: An officer reported at 2:44 p.m. Thursday that during a traffic stop for not wearing a seat belt he detected the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. The passenger admitted to having a bag of marijuana in the glove compartment and that it belonged to her, she was issued a summons for possession of marijuana.

I-69 and County Line Road, Greenwood: An officer reported at 9:11 a.m. Thursday that during a traffic stop for speeding the driver displayed signs of impairment. After asking to search the vehicle the driver admitted to having marijuana in the vehicle, during the search a small bag of marijuana and a cannabis cartridge was located. The driver was issued a summons for possession of marijuana and a traffic ticket for having expired plates.
