2801 N. Morton St., police department: Someone reported at 10:20 a.m. Monday that they used a kiosk at the Kroger on State Road 135 and lost $10,000.

Theft

1133 N. Emerson Ave., Walmart: Reported at 5:53 p.m. Monday that a woman was arrested for shoplifting with prior conviction and another woman was issued a summons to appear for shoplifting.

Disorderly Conduct

800 block of Restin Road, Greenwood: An officer reported at 1:15 p.m. Monday that while conducting a warrant investigation two men got into an fight and he had to break it up. One man was arrested for disorderly conduct and a woman was arrested for a Johnson County warrant.

Hit and Run

W. County Road 500 N. and N. County Road 200 W., Bargersville: Reported at 8:17 a.m. Monday that a hit and run had occurred.

Theft

3816 Hospital Road, Camp Atterbury, Edinburgh: A man reported at 3:51 p.m. Monday that someone broke into his vehicle and stole several items out of it.

Nicole June Balutis, 44, Whiteland; arrested on charges of battery against public safety official engaged in official duty, interfering with public safety, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license and possession of paraphernalia; bond information unavailable.

Julian Martin Jacobs, 19, Whiteland; arrested on charges of resisting law enforcement using a vehicle, reckless driving and possession of cocaine or narcotic drug; released on $3,400 bond.
