GREENWOOD, INDIANA
On August 28, 2024, our beloved Kimberly Reed Devore passed away at the age of 58. Kim was born November 8, 1965, in Indianapolis, Indiana, to her parents Michelle Reed Bullock and Jim Reed. After high school, Kim became a member of the Army Reserve for 6 years. She had two children, Matthew and Abigail.
She was an accomplished food preserver and huge 4-H and FFA supporter. Kim also drove a school bus for Clark-Pleasant Schools for 17 years and 2 years for Center Grove Schools. She lit up every room she entered and never knew a stranger, she made everyone feel important and loved. But there is no one she loved more than her grandchildren; they were the light of her life and her biggest pride and joy. We will always remember her bubbly personality and witty demeanor.
Kim is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, and her paternal grandparents. She is survived by her mother, Michelle; her father Jim; her two children, Matthew and Abigail; her sister Rene; her brother Tom; two nieces, Hannah and Natalie; and two nephews; Justin and Kevin; and her 6 grandchildren, Ryleigh, Elaina, Parker, Brix, Kyah, and Kali.
In lieu of flowers, Kim asks that donations be made to the Whiteland FFA Chapter.
A funeral service will be held on September 4, 2024, at 7pm, with a showing starting at 4pm at Rocklane Christian Church, 4430 Rocklane Rd, Greenwood, IN 46143.
