Leadership Johnson County hosting virtual workshop

Leadership Johnson County will host a Lunch and Learn workshop, “Making the Most of It: Your Life and Each Day.”

Are you making the most out of each day? How about your life? In this session, we will explore how to figure out work that is meaningful to you. They will look at ways to maximize your time and energy so you can focus on what is important.

Lastly, see how you can take action steps to ensure that you wake up ready to face each new day fabulous and focused. The workshop will be held on Sept. 12 from noon to 1 p.m. at the Johnson County Armory, 325 Minuteman Way, Franklin.

Learning objectives for the workshop will be:

  • Participants will explore their life purpose through the lens of IKIGAI (intrigued?)
  • Participants will learn how our brains help us learn through neuroplasticity and the reticular activating system
  • Participants will learn how to maximize their time and energy through specific planning tips
