An open house on streetscape work planned for Greenwood’s Main Street will take place Thursday.
The city’s Department of Community Development Services and engineers will hold an open house from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Greenwood City Center, 300 S. Madison Ave. The open house will take place inside the city council chambers.
The Main Street Streetscape project is set to start in 2025. Roadway, streetscape and pedestrian improvements will take place between Meridian and Polk streets, according to the city.
At the open house, attendees will have the opportunity to talk with city planners, view project renderings and learn about construction details.
