University of Connecticut freshman Mya Ayro had eight kills in a three-set loss to Xavier, then came back the following night with a team-high 15 kills in a four-set home win over Butler. The former Greenwood star, who has reached double digits in kills eight times this season for the Huskies, then added 11 kills and two block assists in a four-set home win over Providence.
