Judy L. Ballard, 54, Indianapolis died Thursday, Nov. 27, 2014.
Judy is survived by her husband, Richard “Rick” Ballard; daughter, Shannon Price; son Todd (Christina) Ballard; stepfather Ronald Vaught; and two grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, at Singleton Community Mortuary and Memorial Center in Indianapolis. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the mortuary. Interment will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Greenwood.
