Patricia D. ‘Pat’ Campbell
MORGANTOWN
Patricia D. “Pat” (Callon) Campbell, 71, died Tuesday, July 7, 2015, at IU Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. She was a resident of Morgantown.
Survivors include her husband, Michael O’Donovan “Mike” Campbell; two children, Kathleen (Cameron) Piercefield of Fishers and Michael B. (Regina) Campbell of Louisville, Kentucky; a brother, Robert (Judy) Callon of Indianapolis; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Suzanne Campbell.
John Hall will conduct a Mass of Christian burial at 1 p.m. today at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 1008 McLary Road, Nashville. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service today at the church. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery in Indianapolis.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center in Morgantown.
Obituary policy
The Daily Journal offers both free death notices and paid custom obituaries for Johnson County area residents, former residents and close relatives of area residents.
A free death notice contains basic information, including details about visitation and services, memorial contributions and some survivors.
Families who want to include more information or include a photograph can purchase a custom obituary. Additional information may include memberships, employment, education and additional survivors. Cost for custom obituaries is $85 for up to 10 inches in length and $6.50 for each additional inch. A photo may be included for a $10 charge.
The Daily Journal prefers to take obituary information from funeral homes but also will accept information from families as long as the information can be verified with a funeral home before publication.
The deadline for submitting obituaries to the Daily Journal is 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. On Sundays, the deadline is 1 p.m.
