To the editor:
I read your article, “Feeding The Hungry,” in the April 9 Daily Journal. To me it seems like nothing changes.
When I started college in 1963, the big push among sociology instructors was getting students to sign up to help feed the hungry and help the poor people in Appalachia. It seems like the hunger problem has gotten more dire. I wonder how much money has been spent making the situation worse.
