<p>Jesse James McClelland, 40, of Indianapolis, died Saturday, April 23, 2016.</p>
<p>Survivors include his mother, Alice Rothwell; and siblings, Richard Rothwell, Kim Scarborough, Mariah Scarborough and Faith McClelland.</p>
<p>Visitation will be 2 to 4 p.m. Thursday, followed by funeral service at G.H. Herrmann East Street Funeral Home, 1505 S. East St., Indianapolis.</p>
