Memorial Day 5K set at SS. Francis & Clare

<p><strong>How much does it cost?</strong></p>
<p>Adult 5K is $30; Student 5K is $15; Fun Run is $12; Going to the Lake $25 Race prices go up after Friday. ($5 more for 5K, $3 more for Fun Run) Don’t forget the “Going to the Lake” option for those of you who want to support our efforts but are unable to attend. All registrants receive a T-shirt and race bag!</p>
<p><strong>Who can register and how can I register?</strong></p>
<p>Open to everyone. We are currently registering runners and walkers through our website, <a href="http://ss-fc.org/race">ss-fc.org/race</a></p>
<p><strong>Where does the money go?</strong></p>
<p>It is a fundraiser, and money goes to support the SS. Francis &amp; Clare School Ministry.</p>
<p><strong>How did you get the idea to do a 5K?</strong></p>
<p>The families of SS. Francis &amp; Clare wanted to host an affordable family friendly event where our parishioners, friends and family could gather for a healthy afternoon of music, entertainment and food. Our goal this year is to support our local veterans through a mass prior to the race followed by a salute at the flag.</p>
<p><strong>How much do you hope to raise?</strong></p>
<p>Our goal is to host 1,000 runners.</p>
