<p>Timothy Alan Curd, 56, passed away Friday, Aug. 12, 2016, at his Greenwood home surrounded by family.</p>
<p>Born Sept. 29, 1959, in Indianapolis, to the late John and Charlotte (Ayers) Curd. </p>
<p>He was a 1977 Perry Meridian High School graduate.</p>
<p>He married Tracy (Lowe) Curd on Nov. 10, 1979, and she survives.</p>
<p>Tim spent 31 years of his career in the real estate and mortgage industry.</p>
<p>He enjoyed his salt water fish hobby.</p>
<p>In addition to his wife, Tracy, he is survived by three sons, Taylor Curd, Gavin (Kim) Curd and Zachary Curd; grandson, Graham; sister, Joy (Tom) Mascari, brother John Curd; in-laws, George and Judy Lowe; brother-in-law, Carl Lowe; nieces, Megan (Chris) Zaborowsky and Ashley Redd, nephew, Johnny Curd; and great-nieces, Mia and Maryn Zaborowsky.</p>
<p>He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Charlotte Curd.</p>
<p>Visitation will be 3 to 7 p.m. today at G.H. Herrmann Greenwood Funeral Home at The Gardens at Olive Branch, 1605 S. State Road 135, Greenwood.</p>
