<p>Walter G. Israel, 83, died Saturday, Sept. 24, 2016.</p>
<p>He is survived by daughters, Holly A Schultz (James), Mary R. Marlow (Richard), Fae J. Poynter (Steve) and sons, Walter M. Israel, Gerald L. Israel (Rita), Steven R. Israel and William E. (Jan) Israel; 14 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.</p>
<p>Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday G.H. Herrmann East Street Funeral Home, 1505 S. East St., Indianapolis. A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.</p>
