A man was arrested after police said he broke into his estranged wife’s Greenwood apartment and attacked her and another man.
Seth Eaton, 34, 6926 Falcon Grove Ct., Indianapolis, was arrested on charges of domestic battery, battery, strangulation, residential entry, public intoxication, disorderly conduct, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.
Eaton told police he had visited the apartment of his estranged wife on Sandy Bay Drive just before 11 p.m. Tuesday to get car keys, and found a man in the apartment, the report said.
After knocking on the door and being told to leave, Eaton rammed the door open and began to fight with the man and argue with the woman. He backed her into a wall and began to choke her, the report said.
A neighbor called police. Police searched Eaton and found marijuana, and Eaton had a blood-alcohol content of .018 percent, the report said.
Eaton was arrested and taken to Johnson County jail. He was held on $10,600 bond.
