Letter: Thanks to the voters who elected Trump

To the editor:

In the Nov. 17 Daily Journal column by David Carlson (“The Wave,”) he says of President-elect Donald J. Trump, “Those of us who voted for Clinton couldn’t believe that rational Americans would entrust the world’s largest nuclear arsenal to this bizarre man.”

Perhaps the esteemed professor is unaware of his candidate’s savage behavior on the night of Nov. 8. It has been widely reported that sources close to her campaign say that she was screaming obscenities and hurling objects at members of her staff in a hotel near New York’s Jacob Javits Center, which was the intended site of her momentous victory speech.

Inside the center, her apprehensive, tearful and crestfallen supporters — as well as members of the absurdly biased press that shilled for her for a year and a half — were deemed unworthy of a single moment of her time. And why not? After all, Hillary had no further use for them.

This is the person the learned professor and his ilk DID trust with the nuclear arsenal. Thank God for “uneducated” voters!
