One person was killed and another was taken to the hospital after a crash near Franklin earlier today.
Sheriff’s deputies and firefighters were called to an accident on State Road 144, near Hopewell.
The accident involved two vehicles with one person in each vehicle.
One person was pronounced dead at the scene, and the other was taken to Indiana University Health Methodist Hospital, Sheriff Doug Cox said.
More information is expected to be available later today.
