Letter: Generosity at school concert appreciated

<strong>To the editor:</strong>

If you missed the “Sing On” concert presented by the Franklin School Choirs 1 through 12 you missed a good one. It was a sellout, and that is why I’m writing.

When I arrived and went to buy tickets it was sold out. What to do but wait for the wife and go home? As I was walking to the door a young man approached and offered me a ticket. I thanked him but declined because I needed two tickets. And he said, “Here, take these two tickets.”

So to this unknown student: thank you very much for your kindness. Linda and I greatly enjoyed the program.
