A New Whiteland man was arrested after a girl told police he had touched her inappropriately last summer.
Derek Foster, 23, was arrested on charges of sexual battery and a probation violation.
The girl, who is younger than 18, told police that last summer she had woken up in her bed to Foster touching her.
The girl said she told Foster to stop, but he didn’t for about 10 minutes, a probable cause affidavit said. The girl also told police that Foster had previously groped her and warned her not to tell anyone, the affidavit said.
Foster told police he had not touched the girl, according to the affidavit.
Foster, 251 Woodland Drive, was arrested and taken to the Johnson County jail. He was held on $5,500 bond.
