<h4><strong>Men’s golf team wins tournament</strong></h4>
A strong outing Sunday propelled Franklin College to its first spring tourney win of the season at the Thomas More Saints Spring Invitational in Kentucky. The Grizzlies surged past the host team to win by three strokes with a total of 616.

Freshman Robert Turner led the squad with a two-round total of 152, good for sixth individually. Jacob Hash (154) and Spencer Portish (155) were eighth and ninth, respectively.
<h4><strong>Baseball squad splits pair</strong></h4>
Though its unbeaten start came to an end, Franklin College still finished the weekend with a series win after splitting a Sunday twinbill at home against Capital.

The Grizzlies (11-1) got the go- ahead run on a Ryan Erlandson safety squeeze to claim the opener 5-3. Capital bounced back with a 4-0 victory in the second game.

Franklin College continues its long homestand with a pair of games against Northland College this Saturday.
