<p>Daniel Kowitz, 88 of Beech Grove passed away on April 13, 2018. Dan was born in Minneapolis, MN on January 9, 1930 to Leo and Veronica Kowitz.</p>
<p>Dan is survived by his daughter, Diane (Roger) Absher; son, Bret D. Kowitz; sister, Janice (Vic) Oelrich; grandchildren, Rick Ramey and Brooke Absher; step-son, Tommy Matthews. He is preceded in death by his parents and infant daughter Ellen Kowitz.</p>
<p>A Private Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, April 20, 2018 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S. State Road 135, Greenwood, IN 46143.</p>
