Edinburgh church offering free haircuts

<p>A church in Edinburgh is hosting a free haircut event.</p>
<p>Haircuts will be given from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 31 at Revealing Light Baptist Church, 16130 N. U.S. 31.</p>
<p>Free hygiene products and lunch will be provided.</p>
