A Franklin man was arrested after police found he had a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old girl.
Nicholas Duprey, 25, was arrested and charged with sexual misconduct with a minor.
Last year, a former co-worker contacted police after Duprey talked about his relationship with the teenage girl. The co-worker said Duprey talked about running away with the girl and that he didn’t care if she got pregnant, according to court records.
The girl initially told police that she and Duprey had only kissed, but then said she and Duprey had engaged in a sexual relationship and that he had known her age, according to court records.
Duprey told police that the two had sex before he had learned her age, court records said.
Duprey, 1573 Younce St., was taken to the Johnson County jail, where he was held without bond.
