Son of local resident finishes basic training
The son of a Greenwood resident recently completed Air Force basic training.
U.S. Air Force Airman Austin A. Moore graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas.
The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.

Moore is the son of Charles Moore of Carmel and Sara Hall of Greenwood.
He is a 2017 graduate of Carmel High School.

Okes is the son of Trisha Garcia of Franklin and Brad Okes of Sullivan.
