<p>Edward James Schmeler Sr., and H. Louise Schmeler of Franklin will celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary.</p>
<p>Mr. Schmeler and his wife, the former H. Louise (Ford) Means, were married July 3, 1993 at Honey Creek Church in Greenwood.</p>
<p>He is retired from Allison/Rolls Royce.</p>
<p>She is retired from the state of Indiana review board and Indiana Workforce Development.</p>
<p>He has five children, Cindy A. Birdwell Dahl, Sheri (Kevin) Miller, Edward (Debbie) Schmeler Jr., Kimberly (Jeff) Salsberry and George Timothy “TG” (Michelle) Schmeler. She has five children, Gregory (Jill) Means, Douglas (Annette) Means, Michael (Pamela) Means, Connie (Daniel) Mull and Steven (Teri) Means.</p>
<p>The have 24 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren combined.</p>
