A man has been arrested after police said he inappropriately touched a teenage girl.
Tiaan Dupree Toliver, 21, of 1128 Bexley Drive, Greenwood, has been arrested on a felony charge of sexual battery.
Greenwood police were notified this summer that a girl had told her family that she had been touched sexually against her will while she was asleep at a Greenwood apartment, according to a police report.
Her family took her to Riley Hospital for Children at Indiana University Health for an examination.
Toliver would not speak to police about the incident. The criminal charge was filed by the Johnson County Prosecutor’s Office in late September, and Toliver was arrested on Tuesday.
He was released from the Johnson County jail on $2,400 bond.
