‘Find my iPad’ feature leads police to burglary suspect

<p>Police arrested an Indianapolis man after a Greenwood woman came home to find him in her garage.</p><p>Noble Scott Greene, 28, 9036 E. 36th Street, was arrested on a charge of burglary after police say he stole several highly priced items from a home in the 700 block of Keepsake Run, on the far eastside of Greenwood.</p><p>The woman told police she came home around 6:15 a.m. Tuesday to find a white truck she had never seen before parked in her driveway, partially inside her garage. She drove past her house at first, she said.</p><p>When she turned around and pulled into her driveway, Greene was standing in her garage, she told police. When he noticed her, he jumped in his truck and sped off, a Greenwood police report said.</p><p>She believes she accidentally left her garage door open overnight, the report said.</p><p>The homeowner told police that two iPads were missing from the home, and they were able to use the &quot;Find my iPad feature&quot; to help Indianapolis police locate Greene driving near his home on the eastside, the report said.</p><p>Indianapolis police stopped the vehicle. He told them a friend was behind him in a dark-colored Saturn, the report said.</p><p>A neighbor’s surveillance video showed the Saturn and Greene’s truck parked side-by-side on Keepsake Run before the burglary, according to the report.</p><p>Inside the Saturn, police found a 52-inch flat-screen TV and several handbags that were also stolen from the Greenwood home.</p><p>Greene is being held at the Johnson County jail on $6,600 bond.</p>
