To all of Washington I declare
Serve as you in oath did swear
America is about us not you
Why is that fallen from your view
The Federalist Papers proclaimed how this republic would thrive
Their sound logic not your sound bytes kept our country alive
You were once called to serve
So asking what you can do for your country is what we deserve
Set your personal agenda aside
Show us your national pride
